Dr. V.S.R. Bhupal

The department of cardiology at Capital Hospitals is headed and supervised by Dr. VS.R. Bhupal. An MD, DM from NIMS. Dr. Bhupal comes with a broad vision to spread substantial cardiac care, covering management of almost every existing cardiac problem, right from the neonates to adults and the elder population.

Dr. Bhupal completed his MBBS from Siddartha medical college, pursued MD from NRI medical college, and DM from Prestigious NIMS Hyderabad.

• Performed more than 5000 diagnostic coronary angiograms and Paediatric Cath studies.
• Performed more than 1000 coronary angioplasties.
• Trained in complex coronary interventions like Bifurcation stenting, Chronic total occlusions and structural heart interventions like PBMV, PBAV, PBPV, Post MI VSD closures
• Specially trained & performed 100 pediatric interventions like ASD, PDA, VSD Device closures.
